You know I love ya man but your way wrong here. This was her third dui bust coupled with the fact that she was driving on a suspended License. The bitch got out early only because of her family's money.

Elliot Mintz, Hilton's publicist, said Hilton was not intoxicated. He said she had "had one drink" and hadn't eaten all day, and the field sobriety test showed "the very absolute lowest reading you can possibly get to warrant being taken in."

He added that she had been up late working on a music video, in the second day of shooting.

"Of course these matters are never to be taken lightly," said Mintz, who noted that it is "unfortunate she was behind the wheel of a car even with one drink."

"It's her first offense and hopefully it will never happen again."

That was a CNN article and there's NO WAY they wouldn't have included the fact that it was her 3rd DUI. I've never heard that once.

Last I heard, it bought you tickets around the country to a mimed show. How'd it feel spending your hard earned cash when the 5 men on stage knew they were fucking you right in the ass?

No. I traveled only after Soto got in. I went to LA shows with Fraudgeri.

Fuck you SJ> If anything, you should thank my tireless ass.

I will agree with you on one thing though. She does need to be out. That way, since she didn't get the help to sober up and learn from this. Maybe the next time we hear about her will be when she wraps her bare snatch around a telephone pole on rodeo drive and goes the way of Anna Nicole.

USA Today had this:

Hilton has no prior DUI arrests. If convicted, she could be sentenced to six months in jail and fined $1,000. The minimum penalty for a first-time offender is a fine, probation and alcohol-rehabilitation program.

I can't believe you are defending her.

She got probation, which she plea bargained down to...then violated it twice.

Defend that.

Where the hell is your avatar? I remember that monster, but can't remember where I remember it from. Did that make any sense?

As I understand it, she was convicted of DUI, had her license suspended, then got caught driving on her suspended license which violated probation. Then she was late to court (not smart) and was given a sentence that was supposed to teach her that she is not special, nor is she above the law. Gee that worked out, didn't it?

Personally, I think .08 is bullshit. It used to be .10 in Illinois and they lowered it to .08. That's just ridiculously low and has been shown to cause no more impairment than smoking does. Should smokers be arrested and sent through this bullshit process too? I WOULDN'T be defending her if she had blown like a .12 or something like that. If I were the cop she would have been blowing but certainly wouldn't have been arrested. Again, I'm elated her sentenced has been reduced. Will be celebrating in her honor tonight.

I just read on Drudge that she was released early because she was suicidal. LMAO! 23 days in jail = suicide? What a joke!

Well, that's good enough for me! If Elliot Mintz says so, it must be true!

He said she had "had one drink" and hadn't eaten all day, and the field sobriety test showed "the very absolute lowest reading you can possibly get to warrant being taken in."

Dude, I had a California DUI. NO drinks are allowed after a DUI..NONE.

He added that she had been up late working on a music video, in the second day of shooting.

Riiiiiiggggggghhhhhhhhttttttt. A video. She must have been spent

"It's her first offense and hopefully it will never happen again."

Well it did, in less than 2 months.

She blew .08...THAT is a fact. I think .08 is bullshit. "Believing crap" has nothing to do with it. There's a difference between being a "smartass' and a "dumbass" as it pertains to posting little signs. Learn the difference.

TMZ has the best coverage of this, LOL. Looks like the City Attorney was annoyed that Paris was released and requested (and got) a hearing with the judge for tomorrow morning. Paris will also have to appear. He might make her go back!

if i didn't hate her enough already. instead of hearing about the ducks winning the stanley cup i gotta hear about this waste of space. who gives a shit? the media should just ignore her pathetic ass & maybe she'll go away. stop reporting every move these dumbasses make.

they should have kept her in jail or moved her to a mental ward. this wasn't supposed to be fun for her... it wasn't a vacation. don't do the crime if you can't do the time... biatch. they should maybe throw her stupid parents in jail for raising such a spoiled selfish brat. }:C)

Please stop making the Nicole Ritchie, Paris Hilton and the Jessica Simpson types stars. Those of you in Calif vote the judge out ! If everyone turned off the TV their ratings slump would bring better shows and content. There are so many more important issues than Hollywood people with varying diagnosis, Now back to music !!!!
