You Know You're A Disgruntled Journey Fan If...

Postby Amanda » Sat Jun 16, 2007 1:36 am

1.) You've found a soft spot in your heart for Rockin' Deano
2.) You've started to refer to Neal Schon and Jonathan Cain as "Fro and Friga"
3.) You've changed your long-used forum handle to something non-Journey related
4.) You've begun browsing Ticketmaster for other bands to stalk
5.) You've dusted off those old (insert band name) CDs you've been meaning to listen to
6.) Journey no longer takes up four of the slots in you five-CD changer. Wait, is Journey even in there?
7.) You've realized you don't miss Back Talk as much as you thought you would.
8.) You've decided to go on an eBay kick. Posters? T-shirts? Who needs 'em? You need some cash for few six-packs.
9.) You wonder why you suddenly have enough money to take a vacation this summer. Oh right, you're not spending it on Five Star access or state fair corndogs.
10.) Melodic Rock isn't so scary anymore. That is, if you haven't been banned already.

Amanda that is classic!! I can say I have all of those. Except for the SN and that's only because it is SA related. If it were Journey it would be gone!!! :D

The Garden of Eden can't be found on a map. It's not a geographical location. It's right where you are - if you're in the spirit.

12.) Everything that Neal had to say "back in the day" now has a ton of irony.

Very funny to read, especially since I just got done ridding them from all of my online stuff! It was very freeing 8) (except for my screen name, I am still a fan of Steve Perry)
