Yeah, sometimes it seemed as if he had to be coached and prepared for the public and if he was being natural it was embarrassing.

NS has long been known for saying exactly what the current audience wants to hear.
It's in the job description of 'rock star'.
Every successful celebrity, musician, & actor quickly learns that current positive spin means higher pay check.

Well he raved quite a lot in Fireworks Magazine, he even went as far as to say , when asked what Jeff was bringing to the band, that he thought he was bringing rather a lot..maybe a lot was too much , the Green eyed god has a strange way of becoming manifest when you least expect it, doesn't it?

WOW!

Neal, I hope you can clearly see now how many tried and true fans (core fans) you've let down. Fucking sad, man. It was all just gonna happen again! Big time! What happened to you?

Maybe if he'd taken those shades off for a day, he would've seen the light. Instead, he just felt 'cool'

Jeff even had a REDSKINS jersey with "SOTO" on the back at the Leesburg show May 12th. Very nice touch! Used to be my Avatar pic.

Dick face of the year for sure !! Jeff put more emotion into each show, and it always seemed true and for real !!! Makes it seem like all they went through last year with the tour and all the great reviews and positive feedback Journey was getting was for NOTHING !!!! Just a big waste of time and money on the fans part. Fro and Frig and Co. made there $$$$$, we spent our $$$$$ and whos fucked now !!!! Could be a song title.

You would think by now that Neal ,after the Perry fiasco ,and politicians would understand that everytime they open there mouth someone will bring up their statements. It will be on TV repeatedly showing them flip-floping or radio or You Tube. Aren't these people smart enough to see technology used against them with their own appearances and words. All phoneys !

I can say a thing or two here. I'm sure glad I got to see Journey with JSS. The only reason I bought tickets last year is because EVERYONE knows that Journey could be done at any time. Wasn't real happy with SA's vocals, but was willing to shell out a few bucks, nevertheless. SA out, JSS in... out.

It was an incredible last Journey show!

Went too three shows last year and paid big $$$ for the last two shows because of how good the first show was and that was JSS's 3rd show. Spent over $600 on tixs for two shows last year. the third show was the Pompano show and the wife and I went all out, babysitter, limo ride to and from, nice dinner etc.

Augeri was wearing local jerseys at LEAST as far back as '99 when I was there for a Philly area show.

Yes when Journey played the Manchester Appolo, Jeff wore a manchester United F.C shirt, and they were playing that night too! :) That somebody who does thier work about the place they are palying in, and cares about the fans enough to be interested in what is going on in their area, and believe me in Manchester that is football/Soccer :)

After what has happened, I'm sad that I didn't get the chance to see them with Jeff. That was my last chance to see Journey live, because I'm definitely not ever seeing them in the future.

I'm glad I went to the Polo Event and got to see Jeff with them. That was my first Journey concert. It's a damned good thing I didn't go there only to find Chalfant singing for them because it damned sure would have been my last if I had. I only went because Jeff was with them I never would have spent $400 on a weekend to see Augeri or Chalfant with them.
