I've been sitting back reading all of the posts for the last several days and decided to throw this question into the mix, as I haven't heard anyone else bring it up. I've hardly ever posted on this site, but I'm sure several of you will be blasting me for this, so here it goes....
Jeff signed a confidentiality agreement from the moment he stepped up to the Journey plate. He has devulged all of this confidential Journey ordeal to several of his friends (As well as a few here). His friends then proceed to spill all of this information all over the web. Has anyone thought about the fact that Journey has a serious case for a lawsuit? I'm not saying that they would, nor am I saying I believe they should, but think about it... They would have every legal right to do so.
Before everyone grabs their pitchforks, and torches, I don't have anything against Jeff!!! I've seen him twice in concert (and he was a great showman by the way) and loved his performances! I own some of his cd's and will continue to support him, as I believe he's a great artist. I've had the opportunity to meet him, and he was a very nice, down-to-earth guy. I understand that he's angry at the unfolding events (understandably), but I'm just wondering if anyone else has though about the legal issues at hand with him devulging all of this info? I wish him the best of luck and hope to hear some new Talisman, or solo material.
Okay, I'm ready for my blasting...
