Then the death process will be complete. No offense Jeremey I have dreams at night sometimes of singing for Journey but those stay in there.

If it was 1998 I'd say more power to them but its 2007 and the damage is done.

What rules will Jeremey be given? Let's see.

1. If you ever back talk ANYONE in this organization, your fired.
2. If you ever interrupt or step in front of Neal during a solo, you will be fired.
3. If you ever slide across Jon's fresh polished piano, you will be fired.
4. If your voice as much as goes hoarse, you will certainly be fired.
5. If you ever place your arm around our shoulders after a show, you will be fired.
6. If you ever try to out do us on stage, or gain attention, you will be fired.
7. If you speak to those bastards at MR for ANY reason, you will be fired.
8. If you don't give 150% to get our ass out of this crack, you will be fired.
9. If you ever as much as mention seriously writing new music, you will be fired.
10. If we quit speaking to you, assume you have been fired.

Other than that, we should get along fine.

I don't know the guy, so I am not putting HIM down. I just feel anyone who supports them or is a part of who they are, is doing wrong.
All I have also said before, is that if he gets it and accepts, he knows what he's getting into as far as who's he's getting into it with, and he already is seeing AHEAD OF TIME how the fans feel.
Even though he would be living out a dream, I would say this about anyone who joins them knowing what's going on with them and the fans, it's a bit as if he'd be selling some of his soul.........
If my best friend had taken DDY job when Styx screwed him over, I would not have supported him. I cannot say I don't support a group anymore, but still can support someone who's involved with them. Doesn't work that way for ME.

Yep. That is exactly my point. That could QUICKLY go from the dream of a lifetime to one of the most miserable experiences ever imagined. It seems to me like there was tension in the band before Jeff even got axed. I am not in the situation and can't speak for Jeremey, but even as cool as it would be fronting Journey, I'm just not a man comfortable having to look over my shoulder all the time. I would not want the stress, unless they were paying me mega bucks.

No one should take out what the band has done to Jeff on Jeremey, he had nothing to do with it and is only going for an opportunity that has been presented to him. You cant fault the guy for that. Jeremey and Sabrina are great people and I'm happy for them that they have this opportunity. Jeremey has the vocal talent for the job. Even if it is short lived, the moment he signs on will greatly benefit his family....himself, Sabrina and the little one on the way. I may have ill will towards the band but I wish Jeremey the best and hope he gets the gig. 8)

While I won't bad talk Jeremey, and in fact have said before that I liked his vocals, I won't support Journey with him in it.Iit's all personal opinion. Jer has always been nice to me in posting back and forth, but I can't in good concience support the boys. That doesnt' mean I don't support his going for his dream, it just means my money would ahve been better spent supporting Frontiers. And like it or not people, Journey is turning into a tribute band, and yes, Jer a great singer and all, IS a tribute band singer. That's his job for the past years, away from the real world job he has/had. That's just simple facts about him being a tribute band singer.
Without ego, we have no pride in what we are saying.

Jeremey is a nice guy and is not the target. Today, Jeremey will arrive SFO, travel up to the Bitch's house and do what he can do to become singer for Journey. Mgt will be there, Neal, Ross, and Jon.

I would take the gig too. I really would. The money Jeremey can make just being in the band Journey is more than he has made in his entire life.

I say good luck to you Jeremey. Do what you need to do. I wish you the best. However, if you are all around having a beer on the deck, overlooking the Open Arms pool, and Friga is in front of you, feel free to push him off the deck into the concrete. Then ask Neal for Greg number and ring him up.

In all sincerity, good luck to you Jeremey.

Bravo Dean! You're right! I would also take the gig and as someone else pointed out...any of us would take the gig!
I hope Jeremey gets the job as well. You think maybe someone can accidently drop something on Cain's fingers?

Once Neal plugs in, Cain sits on the bench, Deen picks up the sticks and Ross begins to pluck and they HEAR Jeremey they should cancel any other auditions.

Just wish management would not be there.

Cain and Schon should just make Journey a duo and everything else should be pre-recorded. Since they are a nostalgia act now, they can show videos of Perry singing along to the dirty dozen.

Fuck you Deb. I was off a few days on the travel, but that was the original date.

Again, fuck you. You know nothing of what's happening. I fucked up on the travel date, but other than that, everything else I mentioned is in fact happening. After Sunday, you won't have to worry about me. You can come on here and spew your agenda.

You will love this. I was at the show in Baltimore a few years ago, and during the show Ross was being goofy and sat on a stook at the corner of the stage during one song. Other than his fingers moving, he looked like the dude from Weekend At Bernies sitting there. Then I saw him after the show and he had on so much makeup I was like "holy shit, he looks dead!!"

I've never seen any of them close up. I am convinced Neal went into the plastic surgeon and said, "Hey, make me look like Jack Nicholson when he played The Joker." I've got two pictures posted side by side of The Joker and Neal.........those smiles are almost identical. They are on ATSP. If you want the link, pm me.

That avatar is scary!! I have only seen JT, Ross and Jon up close. Ross is wrinkled up with about 1/2 makeup on top, and Jon is not as big as I thought he was, but a bigger ass than I thought he was.

Since some of you seem to be 'damning' anyone that hasn't jumped on the bandwagon to fry Journey, what will your repercussions be to those that have absolutely NO CLUE what's going on in the Journey camp and attend a concert with whomever the new lead singer may be?

Picket? Riot? Call them idiots, immoral and unethical? The percentage of those that get their "inside" info online versus those that are clueless to the events is minimal at best. Quite honestly, I know a lot of people that know about Journey, but couldn't name a single person in the band. People will pay to see Journey in concert, 'cuz they want to hear the dirty dozen.
