Yeah, it took me a few views to see a face, but I think your mind can play tricks on you with something like that. I am a believer, but skeptical as well. Mrs. NIGGY believes everything she hears about the paranormal and gets mad when I roll my eyes at some things.

I watched Ghost Hunters last night too. I was amazed at what they got evidencewise at Lisheen Ruins.

Now for 1408......... I do want to see that. I love Stephen King. I am seriously behind in reading his books. I do have a shout out about this movie as well. 8)

The three heat signatures looked smaller but that could have been a distance effect. The face looked like a mask. I'm thinking they were followed by a bunch of kids in Ireland, rather than a haunting.

The disembodied voices in the 3rd floor of the tavern in London, however, THAT is always cool.

It is pretty awesome, Crys. They go in as scientifically minded as possible. A lot of shows, they'll come away with, nah...not a haunting. No ghosts.

And then there's the lighthouse....

or the hotel in Colorado that Steven King did his Shining thing at. Those are the ones really worth watching.

Watched The Sixth Sense again last night....good movie.

Like the scene when the boy's at the table and all's normal the mother leaves the room for literally 3 seconds, comes back in and every cabinet and drawer in the room are standing open.

Good show last night! They let Steve manage one of the cases and Jay and Grant stayed home. Brian has anounced that he has left TAPS. Donna also left TAPS...they are both still on the new episodes since they were filmed last year.

Their departing leaves space for ME to join  8)

Lol, my wife figures they are going to hire a good looking 20 something girl for ratings.

Just resurrecting this thread as a reminder for those interested...

Next Wednesday evening at 9pm Jay n' Grant and the team from Ghosthunters will investigate a purportedly haunted house near the infamous Tate-Labianca Manson murders in the Hollywood Hills.

I love this show! 8)

....you beat me to it....

Did you see on Wednesday's ep when they were in Texas ~ on the U.S.S. Lexington??

That was sooo creepy, especially with the history of the Japanese plane crashing into it, killing 50 immediately.

They caught one woman's scream on the EVP.

Don't forget to watch Ghosthunters tonight! 9pm Sci Fi channel (2 re-runs air before this at 7pm). I already watched the new episode tonight on Comcast on Demand and its a good 'un. They investigate a house near the Manson murders and also the Jim Hensen studios in LA. Guest investigator is Chris Fleming from the show "Dead Famous". They get some creepy findings.

Unfortunately, the show goes on break again after this week until possibly next year so get your fix now  8)

NIG, I love John Cusack and love love scary movies, but this one was not great. Why did you like it? It was predictable in my opinion and not scary. :? I'm glad you enjoyed it though.

Probably because they disprove more than they prove. So when they do prove... there's not much doubt, and THAT kicks ass.

I kind of like the "Regular Joe" kind of feel to the show. Jay and Grant are plumbers who also look for evidence of ghosts. As a matter of fact, I was commenting to my wife that Chris Fleming just seemed a little to LA slick for the guys 8)

Also, I tend to trust Jay and Grant that they wouldnt be up to pulling stunts just for the camera...which makes the show more interesting to me.

I did watch Ghost Hunters last night. That house that was built on the property of the Tate murders was fucking spooky to me. Those EVP's they got almost made the owner of the house jump out of his skin! I am on the fence about that new gadget that their friend used to "talk" to the spirit of Jay Sebring.

My son and I are getting hooked on this show. I thought the Myrtle Plantation episode was pretty good. We also watched last night's episode from the Manson murder site . Ghosts or no ghosts, I wouldn't want a home on that property if it were given to me. Too much bad karma there. Those people died unimaginable deaths, and the fact that it happened on the site I was living in would be too much for me.
