Which is the better one to get tickets for concerts??

Well, why don't you get on the phone and let Tree get on one of your computers and see which one gets them first.

Phone vs Online

I have always had better luck online, because you can at least see if the tickets suck first before you buy them. This mostly is in regards to Ticketmaster. If it is for a smaller venue then the phone is always a good way to go, they seem to hold their tickets for regular customers. IMO
