I always liked Poco's "Crazy Love" as a kid. This 2004 version -= not bad at all!

Saw them with REO Speedwagon a few years back. They must've had just gotten back together and on the road, because they had a lot of problems that night. The lead guy almost scraped "Crazy Love" because he thought there was something wrong with his guitar amp......yeah he didn't have his guitar plugged in!!

That song sure brings back a lot of memories. What a great tune.
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.

This is a brand new song that they play all the time on WLIR ~ never said who it was ~ and I LOVED it! argh! :x

Finally solved the mystery:

Group: Zero 7
Song: "Destiny"

It has a very "laid-back mellow-70s" feel to it:

I love their other song, "In the Waiting Line" - first heard it in the movie, "Garden State" (a fave movie & soundtrack): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jj6yXxVc ... ed&search=

Also, like "Crazy Love" - funny how I'm learning now who sang what thanks to youtube.

Last night I caught on VH1 Classics the '96 CROWDED HOUSE concert...one of my very favorite songs is "Don't dream it's over" but I think I just found a new appreciation for them - a great concert. Here's a song from that show:

hmmm...and they are coming to town next month. :)
