You know? As a child, I thought about the same thing. Putting some helium ballons together and ... of course, the ballons weren't for me, they were for my baby sister! :twisted:

I would do it with a parachute. Go up in the balloons, cut the ropes several thousand feet up and bale out. Can you imagine what it would be like to go through a cloud? Sweet!
