why steve perry will never rejoin journey

Postby mikemarrs » Thu Jul 26, 2007 10:19 am

why steve perry will never rejoin journey....

1-the man probably has 20 or 30 million in the bank maybe more.he can live off the interest.
2-he is content with his life and happy with his legacy.he doesn't need the extra money.
3-he wouldn't want to damage that legacy in any way by attempting something he isn't sure about.
4-he can't stand certain members of the journey organization.too much water under the bridge
5-his vocal abilities aren't what they used to be.
6-the name journey has already been damaged too much for him to save it.
7-look at the last few singers that got canned.the treatment was shabby and unprofessional.
8-he will not be used by schon or cain to save their band or themselves.

Here I stand so patiently
For your lights to shine on me
For your song inside of me
This we bring to you

In the shadow of love
Time goes by leaving me helpless
Just to reach and try
To live my life
These are my reasons, so
Here we stand so patiently
For your song inside of me
For your lights to shine on me
This we bring to you
One, one, in a million

I love how people can express a multitude of opinions about many things on this site but if you speak up about someone taking Jesus' name in vain, well, then you just need to get a life.

Apparently not. They seem to believe everything Perry says EXCEPT when he says he's not going to be getting together with Journey again. Makes no sense.

It's like most of the words of Perry are the Bible to them. The times he says he is not going to rejoin Journey are more like the Apocrypha or something like that.

I saw Deen stop people in their tracks when he started singing at the Stanislaus County Fair concert awhile back. Folks were mingling, up and down and everybody just STOPPED and turned to look at who was singing. He really is a great singer - it has to be hard playing drums and singing at the same time.

Well let's see...We do all the normal evil conservative kind of things, like repress homosexuals, run huge multinational oil companies, pollute the environment, force pregnant women into back alley abortions, and all that general kind of evil stuff. You know, basically do the devil's bidding.
