I don't believe I could ever establish a permanent Top 10, but I can certainly indicate those which rarely leave the rotation! In no particular order:

Journey: Escape Not a weak track on there in my opinion, even the over-played Open Arms. My introduction to Journey, and I have never left.
Jackson Browne: Late For The Sky There is still a yearning quality to all the tracks on here which transport me back to 1974.
Steely Dan: Pretzel Logic This was a jazzy, tuneful and fresh album back in the day. Still is.
Crowded House: Woodface Like Steely Dan, I struggled to select just one from their body of work, but the sheer exuberance of this one had the edge.
Sarah McLachlan: Fumbling Towards Ecstasy Again, nothing on this album I don't like. Amazing vocalist, great songs.
Evanescence: Fallen Powerhouse album, packed with great songs and someone's studio skills make Amy Lee's voice strong enough for the occasion.
Fall Out Boy: Infinity On High The most recent addition to my list, a cracker of a CD with melody and energy combined.
Beatles: Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band A seminal album, and one which I can still listen to, 40 years on.
Daryl Hall & John Oates: Abandoned Luncheonette Back when they were more soul than pop, I fell in love with this one.
The Eagles: Desperado In the early days, when the band were young and hungry, they produced textured and involving music.

Dean, even though Prioners in Paradise by Europe sucked,, they have released some very good stuff,,, prior to their radiofriendly The Final Countdown, they released two KICK ass albums, Wings Of Tomorrow and selftitled 1st album, which Im sure you havent listened to. Youd be amazed how good and solid they sounded before they brough the keyboards in. John Norum is without doubt one of the best guitar players in the world.

Everybody's Crazy is almost erased from Bolton's discography for being something he wants to forget now - it was #78 on Kerrang Magazine's "100 Greatest Heavy Metal Albums Of All Time" (published January 1989).
Also, The Hunger is still more into AOR zone than soft rock zone Bolton moved from that point on... maybe the fact that Neal and Jonathan played on this one bothers you?

With the exception of Mili Matijevic from Steelheart, I am COMPLETELY unimpressed. The pencil? Big fuckin' deal. The parachute? Whoa, can't live without that. (And "The Hunger" by Michael Bolton is one great album - it is NOT like anything he did after that)

1. ARRIVAL < --- ironically, this turns out to be my favorite Journey album. I came to the SA lineup kicking and screaming, but this is really good.

2. LINDSEY BUCKINGHAM: OUT OF THE CRADLE <---- his best, although I love his new one, too

3. REO SPEEDWAGON: THE EARTH, A DOG, A SMALL MAN AND A CHICKEN < ---- or whatever the hell that is called! Was going through hellacious time in my life and the lyrics kept me sane! (relatively...)

4. BEE GEES: LIVING EYES <---- stop laughing! A relatively unknown release from 1981, it's amazing. Get over disco, these guys had it before AND after....

5. DIAMOND RIO: UNBELIEVABLE <---- great harmonies, I'm a sucker for harmony

6. SAM COOKE: THE MAN AND HIS MUSIC < ----- during the Perry hiatus I'd listen to this over and over, it's Sam Cooke - nothing else really needs to be said!

7. STEVE PERRY: FOR THE LOVE OF STRANGE MEDICINE <--- wonderful memories associated with this, nearly fainted when I got the postcard from Fan Asylum announcing it.

8. BEATLES: HARD DAYS NIGHT < --- early Beatles, great songs, love all the Beatle catalog but his is my favorite (the British release)

9. ROBIN GIBB: WALLS HAVE EYES <--- probably THE best solo album I've ever heard, from 1985. I love his voice.

10. JEFF SCOTT SOTO: LOST IN THE TRANSLATION < --- new to the fold, where I have BEEN all these years, this guy can SING!
