Postby Socratic Methodist » Tue Jul 31, 2007 3:39 am

....or are most mired in their own 'Dirty Dozen' favorite bands?

An inquiring mind wants to know.....

I think it's mostly Matty & Dave. But most of us have read it once or twice.

The real question is, did anyone read THIS thread. :-)

I keep doing it in the hopes that someone finds good, new music they like or someone suggests something that I might like. Otherwise, it fills up a boring day if I'm not too busy at work.

Hardly ever.

Maybe we could bounce it to free up some bandwith.

No way...I will restart it if it gets booted. It only uses bandwidth if someone goes in to read it anyway and there are only a handful of people using/reading it right now.

Not ridiculous. I enjoy it and sometimes find some interesting new music there, usually from Matthew or Socratic Methodist.

Your motherly lecture on bandwith.

That, plus I was kidding but knew that would strike a chord.

Originally, it only struck a minor chord, but now it is an F Major, if you know what I mean.

The Now Playing thread is the highlight of MR.com. It always amazes me how little curiosity most people here have outside their Dirty Dozen, as SM said. On most other sites this type of thread is usually full of people. Anyway....I've discovered loads of new music here...mainly from Dave of course and TVL and Mindy too....and 70,000 views isn't half-bad....
