Listen people, I was totally joking about my Perry coming back comments. I didn't think anyone would take me serious. I guess I should be careful with the sarcasm. I thought it was funny, clearly I'm the only one   .

Clearly the best part of Cain's genes ended up stuck to the bed post when he was conceived. What a cumstain he is. Not even addressing the whole JSS issue. He's a true class act. Fucking ass ranger!

Hell Andrew! If Cain can say that he wants to follow up on "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" in this day and age, anything is possible.

I say it happens! It's just too good to pass up. Not a tour. Just a happening.

Yeah, he could shoot for the sun and try to write a song as great as Stryper's "Honesty"...

That does qualify as a ridiculous thing for a so-called rock musician to say. Next think we'll hear is that Bruce Dickinson is going in a Tap-esque "new direction" and patterning his vocal stylings after Tom Waits.

Come on, Jon.

STEVE PERRY IS NOT RETURNING TO JOURNEY. GUARANTEED. Sad but true.

End of story.

You know what? Back in 1995 Lora Beard posted a reply to the Journey mailing list denying the 'rumor' that Perry was going back to Journey.

Point is: If Lora could be wrong about that one, you could be wrong now.

At this point, it's not going to surprise me if Perry records with Journey...it's one of the few things that would make a lot of things sudenly make sense. I would be pretty shocked if he toured tho..

I didn't know that happened Monker.

BUT was Perry denying it to all & sundry on radio shows, print interviews & in letters he posts on Fan Asylum? If so, I'll buy what ur saying. Otherwise, no.

Hey if George W Bush could elected, and re-electred, anything is possible. That would be as far fetched as the Incredible Hulk sucking off Grape Ape at the Cartoon Network Awards dinner, as Miguella Gorilla videotaped it. I agree, ain't happening, but does make sense.

You're wasting your energy with this group. A new dictionary entry should be made.

'Loon' [loon] n.

A person that has a conviction that Steve Perry will be engaged in a given action or is involved in a given situation that constitutes his return to Journey.

It's a nice thought, LOON or not, but, I don't think it's going to happen..
I'm just glad Steve has enough dignity not to do what SCOTT BAIO is doing....

But oh my god, how FUNNY would that show be.
What would his show be about? All the phone calls keep coming in asking when he's going back to Journey, and we get to watch him listening to the messages while he rolls around in his piles of money, laughing and throwing darts at pictures of Journey? Not much of a concept but might be amusing for about 10 minutes.

I just don't see any other reason to fire JSS other than SP is coming back (as ridiculous as that might sound).

I beg your Friga pardon?

Isn't that what they spent EIGHT years doing with Augeri? Touring State fairs and carnivals, setting up their little stage between the Himalayan ride and the Corn Dog vendor? 8)

Somewhere over the rainbow is a great song, and you really can't beat the Wizard of Oz.

Here, get a take of Ritchie Blackmore's version... that and Kill the King.
