Yup, that's the Raider D! Commitment to Excrement!

Screw you. That was the year they rebelled against Bill Callahan and got his ass fired. The defense is now the only bright spot on the team.

I've been at Steelers training camp a few times and have to say.....It's will be the Pat's and Steeler's in the AFC Championship Game. The Ravens are too old for the Steelers new speed. Tomlin has a whole different ballgame....It's fast, focused and intimidating

U have to admit, that first series the other night was IMPRESSIVE. Plus the D played well too.....Too bad AR, the next ring will have to wait few years.....There's a NEW and IMPROVED Steelers in town!!!! Tomlin Ball.......

Very simple on this matter. Fuck Bonds. Patting him on the back for this is like pattying our kids on the back for getting an A on a test that they cheated on. Period. Just like with Vick, the fans have the last words.
A Rod will surpass him. Griffey already would have it not for the injuries. At least he chose to heal the natural way.
Screw Bonds.

50 bucks says Pittsburgh won't win it's own division. They are on the bubble of getting into the playoffs. Cincinnati will win the division.

No way. Ravens got it. Bengals have had nine players arrested in the offseason.

Just heard that the guy who caught the record-breaking ball would owe taxes on it even if he gave it away for nothing. The tax system is this country is so f****d up, it's pitiful. Another good reason for the Fair Tax.

Too funny, I was just going to post something like 'don't sell, but still pay!?'

http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/news?slug=a ... &type=lgns

Who cares, sell the damn stupid thing if you are still going to have to pay something from cheater. You still are going to end up with more money than you had. At least if he does sell, he can say he did it because he was going to have to pay taxes even if he didn't..

Ravens have 10 of 11 defensive starters returning from the #1 defense last year. Lost Jamal Lewis, but added McGahee. They are stocked. Pittsburgh has a first year coach and lost Joey Porter.

Bonds is a joke, embarassment to the game, theres no way Aaron respects bonds........who could, he started using in 2000, the year we should have seen a natural decline in his numbers . instead, it was the most productive 5 years of his career. i have more respect for giambi for coming clean. Bonds could have potentially come close to willie"s numbers but he never would have beat Ruth or Aaron(and Ruth was a pitcher for his first 5 years he actually only had about 16-17 yrs to do what these guys did in 20-22 Ruth is the king!!

does anyone really really know or think that the doping bonds did can enhance athletic skills? it couldnt help him actually make contact with the ball any better.. might could hit it harder and farther ,,

.. is it the same enhancer that killed Lyle Alzado?

I remember hearing somewhere on more than one occasion that steroids can actually improve eyesight to a small degree.

well,, i googled alzado and got this info...

"Alzado is probably most remembered today for being one of the first major U.S. sports figures to admit to abuse of steroids. In the last years of his life, as he battled against the brain cancer that eventually caused his death at the age of 43, Alzado asserted that his steroid abuse directly led to his fatal illness, but his physician stated it could not possibly be true. Alzado was using natural growth hormone, harvested from human corpses, as opposed to synthetic growth hormones. "

unreal!!

Thats a fallacy, actually several of the used steroids causes blurred vision ,not visual enhancement.Steroids allow the person using them to become much stronger which allows for a much stronger /faster swing....bat speed and strength resulting in better hitting....longer balls ....the balls you hit as routine flyouts to left field turn into home runs i've played ball with many guys that started using steroids--before they barely could get it into the outfield.... after they were one of the few constantly putting them over the fence
Steroids also allow you to heal faster when you rip muscle which also has its benefits, in baseball. There is so much research that shows how they can turn an average player into a star---its cheating plain and simple.

Can you point me to a study on that? I can't find anything definitive.
