From the Front Page- Thanks McNiece.

Check out the last sentence.

LACK OF U.S. LABEL NOT DERAILING BRYAN ADAMS CD:
From Billboard.com / Gary Graff, Detroit /Bryan Adams is planning to release a new album this fall -- even though it doesn't have a title yet, or a label deal in the United States. Nevertheless, Adams tells Billboard.com that he's been working on the 12-song set "for a couple of years, and it's coming out really well." Like his last studio outing, 2004's Room Service, Adams has been recording his new songs in hotel rooms and other locales while he's on the road, a system that appeals to him most these days.
"I bring out an engineer, everything fits into a suitcase and we just record," says Adams, who's recorded tracks in Hungary, Denmark, Malta and other mostly European territories. "I have so much spare time during that day that it makes sense to utilize it to do something creative like that, as opposed to just sitting around the hotel and sightseeing or something." Though he's waiting to release songs titles and other specifics about the album, Adams describes it as "quite a personal record" that was influenced by his travels.
"It's inevitable that some of this is gonna wear off on you," he says. "You travel around and you think about the things you do when you're traveling (and) it's going to wear off on what you write about." The Canadian native, who now lives in London, is signed to Universal in the U.K. He says his Vancouver-based manager Bruce Allen is negotiating with some U.S. labels, which Adams would prefer to releasing the album himself.
"I'm still interested in what a label can do, a network that's already set up," he explains. "All I'm really interested in is getting the music to the people. I don't even care about the money."WebLink: www.billboard.com/bbcom/.

Why do you need to be such a dick?

He lives in Vancouver and England. England is central to his base now. Always being the dick...

To me, in my honest feeling and opinion, Canada is far superior to any country in the world, US included.

Dude, not trying to be a dick. Just wondering. It doesn't say he lives in Vancouver. It says he lives in England, and works there too. Wondered if you had a theory on why he's over there kickin' it with Matthew, Styxman and Macca.

Why is this forum up higher now?

I went looking for it down in its accustomed spot and thought "Holy shit! Andrew did the right thing and collapsed it into Canadian Bands!"

You, sir, are talking to a Limey.

I can only guess as to what THAT opinion might be, Dean. At least you're getting your ass to South Bend. It's you and AR vs. Reardon and Meyers in the Steel Cage match. However, Meyers already has the hot dog and Twinkies eating contests wrapped up.

If one was to go from Southern California to Chicago, he or she could utilize either LAX or Burbank airports.

Dude, what's up you old bloodhound? I pressured that fuckin Aussie long enough, and frankly, BA is more deserving than any other fuckin artist on here, especially Journey.

Dude, REO is done. Saw them New Years Eve. have to say, Cronin is awful now. And youknow the Corrs are awesome. How is your old lady? Get her in the "exit tube" lately?

Hey, I loved that song. I don't care what 'Drew says...his ballads are great, too.

"East Side Story" remains his best song since "Into the Fire", by the way.

Yes I do. Canada to me, individually, offers me a lifestyle and apparatus of government in which I prefer. I love the USA, but to me, on a personal level, Canada is definitely far superior.

Canada is place I'd love to go someday, maybe when we go over to see our friends in Connecticut, & Colorado we will make it up there too, The scenery reminds me a lot of the area I used to live in Scotland ...Do you know the Trossachs,And Loch Earn ....all out that way STYXMAN :)
The Govt system they(Canada) use is called the Westminster system, based on the British Parliament Constitution Act of 1867, also known as the North American Act. You're right Deano it is quite a good system. :)

I like Brian Adams, I tend to listen to him more when I'm in a mellow mood :)
