Whats the deal?

Postby Blueskies » Mon Sep 10, 2007 12:00 am

Wow! Thought I'd cruise by and say hello. Did I make a wrong turn somewhere? Was looking for Journey Street. Seems the road is being closed down at every turn. Will it ever re-open newly paved or will it be left full of the same old potholes? Patching doesn't work and just ends up crumbling apart. Paving over the old only works for awhile. Digging it up and starting anew with fresh material and with the original skilled workmanship would be long lasting but the cost may be too great.
Replicating the beauty of what was there is nearly impossible without the original crew. Even if the original workers have lost a little along the way their skill is still there and would be the only way to even come close to bringing the street back to it's former glory ..something that is required to bring back all who lived there. Unfortunitely, some have retired from the trade and replacements just can't match the material properly and make it as it was.
The old road sure has gotten bumpy and is tearing apart the vehicles that travel it. The houses are falling apart, folks have moved out and moved on. All of the buildings are being closed shuttered and boarded up. There is not much hope unless the architect could be brought back in on the project, but when he went that way before his trip did not end well so he refuses to travel that path again. As it looks now the street is being condemned and may be closed for good. :(

..Just messin' around..haven't written much in awhile
How is everyone? What's new on the playground? Y'all been playing nice and getting along? 8)

This should be good  However we're not allowed to talk about him, lets just say he's an upstanding citizen for outside America who looks and sounds similar to a person who was born in America but doesn't look American and a band based in America is deciding on a replacement...that's about as far as I'm willing to go......my Lawyer has just grabbed my hand and shouted stop
