Mark Vincent Kaplan, Federline’s attorney, paid a visit to Los Angeles Superior Court Monday morning to discuss Britney Spears driving illegally - without a valid drivers license - while her children were in the car with her this past weekend.

As a result, a Los Angeles judge on Monday took away Spears’ custody rights and ordered to turn over her boys to Federline by Wednesday, OK! magazine was the first to report.

They will remain with him until further notice.

Until now, Britney and Kevin have had 50/50 joint custody. Now, Federline will have 100% physical custody.

I am poor and I left my daughters father for a good reason. He was an abuser. She is doing just fine without a Dad. As for obesity, she doesn't have it! That kid can eat and still be skinny!

Children who are not safe in their own homes is the biggest problem whether they are rich, poor, without a father, without a mother. Neglect and abuse occurs in all socio-economic backgrounds as does obesity. When the call comes in it doesn't matter if the family is rich or poor, it gets investigated. If it rises to the level of abuse or neglect then it gets filed. In my opinion Britney has been getting away with more than most because she is rich and famous. It is nothing short of lucky her children haven't been more seriously harmed. Her son had a skull fracture.
