Someone made a good point in another post the other day.
So many naysayers but instead of really giving up AND movin' on down to the JSS forum, these "ex-Journey fans" can't give it up.
I notice no one's been able to refute my point that what happened to Ross and Smitty was equal to or worse than what happened to Jeff.
It's not "rebuilding" as you say. Due to mob mentaility its not popular here to come out and say you'll still support Journey. Your post is a perfect example.
Instead of refuting my points, you resort to being snarky. The JSS forum misses you.

StoneCold wrote:Ross and Smitty were dropped for ROR. ROSS AND SMITTY! After YEARS of helping build that great band!
That to me is as bad or worse than what went down this past year.
Did it harm the ROR tour?
Not one cent.

Do you believe everything you read on the internet?
Nobody except those involved know the truth.
And yes, I too am still a fan!

I wasn't on the net when I found out Perry was out. I wasn't on the net when I saw the Free Per View with Augeri and knew he just didn't cut it. I knew before I was ever online that Journey without Perry was a pathetic thing.
I would still have known about Jeremey even if I hadn't been on the net because his band was local to me.
However, I may never have known about Jeff if I hadn't been on the net and I may not have known what complete morons Frig and Fro are. I'm glad I've been enlightened.

There is a difference between learning the latest news about a band's lineup and thinking you know all the dirt that went down simply because you read it on the net.... I respectfully disagree with you about one thing. I think Steve A. did just fine.

I thought he did fine thru 2003,after that He started losing it and by 2005 his was perfect{we know why}inaweofschon wrote:ohsherrie wrote:

That might be because you're in awe of Schon instead of focused on the lyrics and the voice that's delivering them. It's all about the vocals for me.
StoneCold wrote:
If they put out a new cd I'll buy it. It can't be any worse than what they did to Generations.
If they tour near me, I'll go see them.
If none of this happens, I'll be playing the hell out of my cds, including Arrival, Red 13 and the Augeri/Castronovo tracks on Generations.

Seems to me they're saying they're not fans at all. Maybe they're just disgruntled.

Neal is talented, but has the backbone of a marshmallow.

First of all, I post here to see what kind of fucking morons(such as you) come here after weekends of trying stuff themselves into their BACK into their spandex and 4 cans of hairspray and see what they have to say. I also have alot of friends here and have been here since 1996 when this whole fucked up band started this whole re-building, scrap it, rebuild, scrap it process. If it's not rebuilding, what the fuck do you call fuck nutz. You are definately a Journey Board insert that has no where to go. This isn't the place for you. I'd shut the fuck up and state facts rather then your opinions because your opinions are that of a first grader....So to begin the week off right....Your right JSS's forum does miss me, but I'm here to follow you around and fuck with you for the week. SO, go fuck your self.![]()

Spandex? No, that was Randy. Hairspray? Man, what an imagination.
Facts are exactly what I put down. No one cried over this stuff happening back then but now the world's coming to an end. Right? Whatever.
From snarks to personal attacks. What an advanced intelligence you must be. Ever heard of the return key?
If you choose to follow me, it'll be fun pointing out your stupidity. You make it too easy.
One comment I will make, if any one thinks the JSS band is going to have a more succesful tour or play to bigger crowds at bigger venues that Journey will on their next tour, you are nutz. I like JSS very much and think he is indeed a very talented individual. But the man has been in this business a long time and if he hasn't reached the pinnacle by now, I don't think he will with the musical climate being the way it is in the U.S. today. Would I love to be proved wrong on this? Yes. Not only because I like Jeff, but it would also mark a return of popularity for the style of music I like best. But it just ain't going to happen. Reality check.
