-Each girl carries 7 bags
-Inside each bag there are 7 cats
-Every cat has 7 kittens
-All cats have 4 legs each

Question: How many legs are in the bus?

Or.... if the girls ARE on the bus, then:-

7 girls x 2 legs = 14
+ 7 girls x 7 bags x 7 cats = 343 cats x 4 legs = 1372
+ 343 cats x 7 kittens x 4 legs = 9604

= 10,990

I hope they have some litter trays :shock:
