Greg...

With all due respect, I don't think Bill Belichick gives a rat's ass about making friends! This guy could care less about shaking hands and kissing babies! He's a football coach...not a politician! His win total doesn't go up if more people like him and want to have a beer with him! This is the NFL...Not Pop Warner! The name of the game is WINNING, and he does it better than ANYONE! For all the hype Bill Parcells got as a coach, the fact of the matter is that Parcells didn't win a single Super Bowl, without Belichick as his defensive coordinator!

Belichick has NEVER been the most congenial guy and never will be. His press conferences are EXCRUCIATING to watch, because the guy has the personality of an amoeba! At the end of the day, Belichick has had his integrity called into question, because of the whole videotaping episode (which incidentally happens EVERYWHERE in football, including high school)! I think Belichick is now out to show anyone paying attention that he has won the games he's won because he's simply smarter than anyone else is, in a football sense! I think if Belichick wins two more Super Bowls (Which will be more than any other coach in the history of the NFL), the NFL might have to re-name the Lombardi trophy! I've never seen a coach in ANY sport who cares less about what the fans and the media say about him and his ways. He has one focus...and that's preparing his team for this upcoming week's opponent! I think when he retires from football, his record will speak for itself!

If Brady goes down, it's a completely different season for New England.

And he will at some point. No NFL player is immune from injury, not even the good ones. Going an entire career without missing some games is impossible.

Someone should probably tell Brett Favre that, because he hasn't quite got the message, and neither has Peyton Manning!

I hope Brady gets injured (just out for a couple of games...nothing serious) but I doubt it'll happen 'cause the motherfucker is a machine and with that o-line...pssshhht...forget it. I DO hope the Colts take them out this week and give them a loss and knock down their confidence. Luckily..Manning has a DAMN good talent in reading the defense. He's an on field Offensive coordinator. And a great one at that.

Either way...the Cowboys will meet one of them in the Super Bowl.

I don't believe anybody is making excuses. All I'm saying is, a coach who runs the score up (and technically he did run the score up,) won't make any friends in the NFL.

Did you see how many coaches came to Belicheck's defense on tapegate when they do similar things? There is no loveloss for the Patriots because of the score, coaches hate the Pats because of their level of success since Bellicheck has arrived.

Karma is a bitch, Pats. Just takes a couple of key injuries to ruin your season.

Should ther be a mercy rule where if you are up that much and the other team can't stop you, then you can only play with 10 guys or maybe you only get three downs? Maybe they should take a knee in the third quarter to let the other team they consider the game won and if they score then all bets are off.

I'll give you that its a concern if Brady gets injured.

I'm kinda torn on this one 'cause Redskins just played like shit on Sunday BUT...45-0 in the beginning of the 4th?? C'MON. They should've put in their 2nd string at mid 3rd. Pats HAD the game...that was obvious....but to absolutly DESTROY an inferior team is just kinda shitty. I don't hate the Pats...I just hate BeliCheat.

I think this is exactly why they're doing it. They want everyone to know the video's are gone and they're putting the extra effort to show everyone what they can do. I think the whole team took it personally and are taking it out on everyone. The whole team is using it as motivation, including, Randy "I play when I want to play" Moss.

How can you run up the score with the second and third string in the lineup and lineman catching TD passes.....You're an idiot that knows nothing about football....Stick to Journey.....There is NO ONE, I repeat NO ONE that can beat The Brady Bunch!!! 16-0 and a 4 th ring in 6 years.....Get over it. You can't say their cheating anymore, so know you're going to bitch about running the score up....Only thing worse than this is the whiney fucking Seahawk fans....I think of all of you every time I wear and look at my Super Bowl ring!!!!!!

That's old time football....Some one does that to a million dollar QB, it should be a $25,000-$30,000 fine....And if you don't think the Commish is watching for it.....He is. I think Dungy has more class than that.....But someone else may do it....

Who cares, really! Many guys get injured in football. Quarterbacks are no more prone to injury, than any other positon. Also, as ESPN pointed out this evening on Sportscenter, Manning, Brady, and Favre will start their 500th consecutive game, between the three of them, this weekend, so apparently there are some QB's who NEVER get injured!

The Zebras made sure of that. If the refs weren't following the "GET BELICHICK" orders from the NFL home office this game would not have been that close. People around here are going bezerk after that attempted hi-jack. Even though the Colts had the refs and the NFL corner office lined-up like a bunch of dirt bag NBA referees at a free Las Vegas buffet, they still couldn't win in their own house. Its going to be tough to beat the Pats unless they decide to coast to the playoffs, but I doubt Belichick will allow that. However, there is no such thing as a sure thing because, as Manny said the day before the Sox completed the Smack Down in the Mile-High City: "You can't eat your cake before your birthday." The only baseball question left from the '07 season after that ass whooping is; Where will Judas Damon be in '08?

Give me a break. ONE of those interference calls was bogus. The others were right on and the Pats got away with at least one or two others. The Pats played like crap yesterday and should have blown the Colts out as shorthanded as they were.

It's amazing how Brady is able to take control of big games in the final minutes. Some of his throws were unbelievable. That TD to Welker and the long pass to Stallworth were things of beauty.

To set the record for most penalty yards in a game and still beat the unbeaten Super Bowl Champions at home is one of the most incredible things I have seen in the NFL. I don't see them losing a game because I don't see Belichick benching starters late in the season. He seems to be re-writing the rules.

"Payback" for what?

Telling the league the Patriots were breaking the rules?

You're right. Look at how significant and critical "breaking the rules" turned out to be. The Pats performance has really fallen off since Mangina tattled...pfffft..crybabies. I love it.
