Give me a break. ONE of those interference calls was bogus. The others were right on and the Pats got away with at least one or two others. The Pats played like crap yesterday and should have blown the Colts out as shorthanded as they were.

Yeah, but what does that say about them? Basically, even when they play like shit they still find a way to win. Dude, Biliechek didn't show 3/4 of his playbook, or formations yesterday. He beat them with basic plays and a simple scheme. They will look completely differnet when they play the Steelers in the AFC Championship game in January. They didn't play shitty, The Colt's D played well. But this goes to show, the Super Bowl last year was a fluke. Ole' Peyton could never beat the Gators and he still can't beat the Pats even in THIER house. That was a huge loss for HIM mentally and the team as a whole. That Colts team had a vicious look in their eye's in most of the game. That Pats seemed very relaxed and were probably just experimenting with different plays and schemes on O. Bill's not going to show all his cards for awhile yet.....16-0 is a reality.....Just except it....

From what I've read, it hasn't been determined if that noise came directly from the stadium or if it was a problem with the CBS broadcast. Pats fans are just too eager to catch another team cheating. If they did it, fine. Regardless, that doesn't mean it was Dungy's doing.

The Colts were missing Harrison (who is on the downside of his career), and a rookie offensive lineman! Let's not make it sound like half their team was out, because that wasn't the case! Also, the Patriots played for much of this season without Richard Seymour and Rodney Harrison! It's football...Injuries are a part of it.

The one thing I do agree with you on is that the Patriots plays HORRENDOUSLY yesterday. That said, if I'm other teams in the NFL, that would concern me, even more! The Patriots played putridly...Brady was abysmal, and yet at the end of the game, the Patriots won the game and Brady threw three more touchdowns!

Take a look at the college scoreboard on ANY Saturday night, and tell me if you seriously believe there is some code that says you shouldn't run up the score! Let's see...Just this past weekend, Kansas beat Nebraska 76-39, Missouri beat Colorada 55-10, Tenessee beat Lousiana Laf 59-7, Clemson beat Duke 47-10, and Auburn beat Tenessee Tech 35-3, and that was just this weekend! As a guy who played football many years, I can tell you that the code you're alluding to is for Pop Warner kids or high school football! It doesn't and never has applied to the college or Pro game. In fact, college football has ALWAYS had VERY lopsided scores!

No question that is part of the equation in the college game. That said, if you look at the college scoreboard every week, throughout the season, it is replete with blowout, after blowout, and MANY of those teams are NEVER going to be ranked anywhere near the top 25. It's simply the way it's always been in college football. Even in non division one games, there are blowouts, all over the place, even when nothing is on the line! As I said, there is no code of conduct past high school. Offensive teams are put on the field to score points. Defensive teams are put on the field to stop the offense. If they can't stop the offense, they should shut their pie holes and spend more time on the practice field, trying to figure out why they suck so bad! If anyone has ever played sports, they know damn well that they're not going to just half-ass try while they're out there! That whole concept is beyond ridiculous!

No. That's why guys like Jimmy Johnson and Bill Belichick have won multiple championships. They create an aura of invincibility. Teams should be prepared to play 60 minutes of football when they step onto the field. End of discussion.

I have coached at the grade school and high school levels. Every sport from basketball to softball to baseball. I prepare my teams to try and destroy their opponents. There's nothing better than the other team looking across the field with that "Why are you doing this?" look in their eyes. My answer? Because of all of the hard work we put in the off season...the morning AND afternoon practices, the long hours in the weight room, the coaches meetings and the non-stop pursuit of perfection, mandates that we play the very best that we can for the ENTIRE game. The other team should try and do the same.
