I usually got a tracking number within 24 hours after I placed my order and it usually took 7 days to get to florida from CA so I would expect a little longer thant that with the new management of the store last i heard they had a medium delay of processing orders of like a 3-5 days before you gat a tracking number

Hope you had them ship it with UPS cause i did USPS one time and took a month to recieve that damn thing

All they offer now is UPS ground delivery. Im in Georgia so hopefully I'll have the same turn around, but I still havent recieved a tracking number yet. I ordered early yesterday and got the confirmation email quickly. I read that it could take weeks before they mail out and Im hoping thats not true.

They'll issue you an official announcement in about six or seven months but I wouldn't expect a phone call. 8)

Well, judging by their track record in remodeling their website, it could take months..........
"as long as they have to carry DSB as their banner, it looks like Perry will be right there with them as an overseer, ready to wield his veto power on all things Classic Journey." As quoted by Don on 12/7/2010

I was going to order a nice key chain a while ago but the shipping charges were more than what the key chain cost.

I agree!!! Shipping charges there is ridiculous! I bought a $10 shirt and the shipping was 12.05!!! Only reason I went thru with it is because it is a front and back design with 2006 tour dates on the back. TShirts at other websites were a few bucks more with more reasonable shipping but just a front design.

Well, that's Journey logic for you (in that there IS no logic).
I'm annoyed that they're charging $30 for a freakin' TANK TOP that I want so I haven't bought it yet.

LOL... I ordered a T-shirt the night before the anouncement that they dumped JSS, I shot them an e-mail saying to keep the damn shirt seeing how they didn't even have a band at that point, I got an e-mail saying "sorry we already sent it" ... it never came and my money magically appeared back in my account.

Douchebags!

Omg, you're kidding!

That's pretty surprising considering they're spent all summer and fall pushing all their leftover bullshit swag. At least you got your $ back. That's pretty surprising too.

Wait a minute, an Escape tshirt is only $10 but a stupid white tank top is $30?

Son of a bitch. What are these guys smoking? Someone call Perry and tell him I been good this year and I want that BJG tank top. I bet he can score me one for free! Fucking Journey. That's almost as much as I had to pay for LAWN seats at the show last year. I suppose half that blame can go to Def Leppard, but since I'm not pissed at them, I'll hang back and lay it all on the douches.

They still pushing their $1 beach balls? I'll get one and fill it with piss and then get front row seats in '08.

I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.

The whole $1 sale stuff just cracks me up.... A testament to "how low they will go", although I am SURE it could go lower.

Well, I saw Journey LIP BALM on there for $1. So apparently "how low they will go" is smacking a scarab on a chapstick and charging people for it. I don't even WANT to know what it cost before it hit the dollar bin. Can they endorse something that's befitting of their band? Put the scarab on a Trojan, for safe singer-fucking. Sheesh.

Yes. And I DO support the idea of Neal and Company taking a page from the Kiss catalog and coming up with a Journey coffin.
Might as well, y'know?
