The difference isn't as stark as EVH/Clapton however. Keith can rip it out big time...and Neal can play with some bad ass emotion...

I just think, even saying the above, it's hard to compare the two. They're both amazing guitarists...

As for EVH/Clapton, it's interesting to note that Clapton was one of EVH's biggest influences. I believe I remember him saying he had learned all of Clapton's solos at one point. The only solo I can point to right off that shows that influence is the one to "When It's Love". I'm sure there are others but that one is obvious to me.

first time i saw bryan adams is when he opened for journey. last time i saw him was 2 years ago at beale street music festival!!!! he followed through, unlike journey when they were scheduled there. so it was raining a little.....
