I think there was one that was sold on the Journey website for a while. I'd like to get that too. I have a not so good copy that someone made from their VHS tape. I appreciate having it mind you, but the DVD would be much better.

There was a dvd of it, but it was pulled off the Journey Swag Store. There was some talk about Perry having something to do with it.

He was more than a manager, he worked his butt off for them and in the end he felt betrayed when they didn't stick up for him when Perry wanted him out. They'll never get as good a manager as Herbie again because times have changed.

I do remember that now. Why Perry wanted him out is unconscionable. Perry did other things that were in the same vain. Absolutely incredible. But you never know what goes on behind the scenes.

Dude, I had it on BETA. When we got a VHS, I copied (OMG!) to VHS because you couldn't buy it anymore. When it was on the Journey website, I bought a DVD. I think it would sell well if they remastered, added more footage, etc. Even though I have it on DVD, I would buy it again - absolutely.

True. If I understand correctly what I've read, Neal did try to stick up for Herbie, but in the end & under pressure, he went along with the rest of the band and their desires to oust Herbie. As a matter of fact, Herbie and Neal are still in business together even today and remain friends.

Question: I read somewhere on here that Herbie is involved with getting Arnel ready to tour..is that correct? I think it was in one of Jeremey's post where he overheard a phone conversation between JT and Herbie.. but not sure. Anyone have any info on this? It would be awesome if Herbie was involved with the band.

Hey Cyndy, I know what you mean. I didn't know them personally though. When I saw them in Fresno in '86 we were in close up seats and somebody next to us said "I can't believe we used to make fun of him in high school".

Those were some amazing times. If you hung out with them then, it must be all the more sad to see how things have turned out. I'll bet you have some great stories though!
