Oh to be a fly on the wall in a room where he spoke of such things!
That would be interesting indeedly!
This time of year always brings my memory back to my Uncle Specky.
The man was an early learner and surpassed his high school requirements by the age of 16.
Off to war his backside went and while in #2 his life changed.....he never returned the same.
Bless-ed be his soul for what he saw and lived through, from my families reply on it he
didn't even resemble the man he was when he left.
Well two stories that I will never forget. These are not undercover stories but wild to say the least. WARNING THESE ARE GROSS:
He was called to the scene of a suicide. A colonel killed himself because he found out his wife was messing around. He had locked himself in the basement and shot himself in the head with a sawed off shotgun. His lower jaw was still there but everything else above that was gone. My dad's crew had to scoop up brains with a snow shovel.

Another suicide where a fighter pilot climbed into the cockpit and locked the canopy shut. He hit the eject button. Needless to say, that was a messy one too.
