There's a large percentage of folk who are just offering their opinion. And there's another percentage that post to get a reaction, to bring dead arguements back to life, to make easily triggered posters go off, and then they can point their finger and say I told ya so. It happens often enough to make it really uncomfortable around here at times.

Yes, they will. But we as the ticket/CD/swag buying public have a right to an opinion and expression as to how they run their business. Some of these comments could be construed as 'customer feedback'.
Granted, sometimes things get carried away and lines get crossed. But this "Journey is a business" line is crap to me. WE pay to keep their business afloat, and if they do something I don't approve of, I'm gonna say so.
I certainly hope people don't take this thread to mean that Andrew will no longer allow dissention, because I don't believe that is the case.
