Yeah, Joan Jett is great. I saw her on an interview recently, still smokin hot looking.

Yeah, but she eats more pussy than Ron Jeremy.

I've heard that. Breaks my heart. Wait.... no it doesn't.

Great to see her show up on somebody else's list, couldn't agree more........very underrated! IMO, she is the JSS of Canadian music. Powerful voice and sings from the soul. I remember when this song first came out I remember reading about both Jon Bon Jovi and Elton John raving about her.

Ahhh Dark Horse, one of my faves. Love Beautiful Good Bye and Let It Rain also. On B/GB you can really appreciate her powerful voice. Would definately love to hear more from her.
When in doubt, DUCK!

Love that movie - managed to find someone who made an excellent DVD copy, I just had a crappy VHS I taped myself. "I'm in the nude for love . . ." (no not me, just my favorite line from that movie. Burton does a good drunk - should be able to - saw him perform in a bar in the 80's during his 'low' time and it wasn't pretty)

Not at his best, but kinda cool/up close & personal. But he bounced back and I saw him on this tour:

and still going strong, just saw him again last year and he sounded great.

Deb, just curious, have you dropped BonJovi as a favorite? Seems you have replaced Jon with Eric Martin in your heart lately.

I'm almost embarrassed to list my favorite male vocalists as it is different from everyone else's list. SP is my #1 now, but these were my favorite singers, by the decades:

60's: Male - John Fogerty, Gary Puckett. Female - Diana Ross
70's: Male - Neil Diamond, Kenny Rogers, Billy Joel. Female - Ann Murray.
80's: Male - Michael Jackson, Lionel Ritchie. Female - Olivia Newton-John
90's - Present: No standouts; prefer to hang on to the classics.

Oh, yes, I love all 4 Beatles (giving Paul the edge).

Top 3 Jimi Jamison, Vince Neil, and Gary Cherone.

Question, What/Who does Joe Vana sound like?

I always dust it up w/ that dude down in Survivor and I've never heard him fuckin sing. I have a feeling he sounds very good.

LOL, you've got a great memory Annie. JBJ may be a pretty boy and a good entertainer, but when you are talking voice there is no comparison. Love Eric Martin's voice (Mr Big and solo, there's something about the timbre/tone of his voice.....something very soulful about it) and he still sounds just as great today. JBJ, not as much. JBJ is probably my 4th fave 'frontman' though.

No you didn't. This clown is a full blown lipper. He almost kicked Neal's ass last year at a hotel. I saw this cheap piece of dung open for Puddle of Mudd and Nickelback. Complete joke. Looks like he woofed down three Big Macs and Xtra size fries and about 5 milkshakes. Bloated piece of shit who sang almost as good as me.

Did I mention this asshole of a human being killed someone while drunk driving?

Have a nice trip to Hell douche bag.

1) No way Wharton lips. No how.

2) Neal and him would be a goddamn DONNYBROOK

3) He did accidentally kill Razzle and it seems like it's been torture on him and he paid that back in SPADES with the loss of his little girl. Watching him talk about that was probably the most moving moment in the history of Behind The Music.

4) he's hit or miss live but does have an incredible voice.

I remember that episode. That was rough. I'm sure that has a lot to do with his seeming inability to kick the alcohol habit. Hopefully he has. :(
