The Middle East needs porn and alcohol.

Fuck the Palestinians. Fucking Jordan is big, give them land there. Islam is a gutter religion.

Most Middle Eastern countries use the Palestinians as pawns. They don't care about them at all.

It can't be done of course. But if the Middle East was bombed off the face of the earth, World Peace would have a chance.

Deano- Good seasonal attire ! I am so glad to see more input. As far as Iraq, believe me, neither party will leave that oil to China or Russia. I hope you and your family have a blessed Christmas under the circumstances.

Wait till the economy really tanks after companies release Q4 earnings... and CountryWide goes under.... and ETrade Financial fails to find a buyer for its portfolio of sub-prime loans... oh yea... and don't forget about the Dollar crashing too... The Fed keeps cutting the lending rate.... propping up the dollar and the market short-term.... recession is a-coming folks... BIG TIME.

All this crap being discussed in the debates is gonna be replaced with one topic: the Economy.

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

The biggest disappointment in my political memory aside from Bill Clinton actually becoming President of the United States was the complete and utter failure of the Bush administration and a Republican majority in both the House and Senate who failed to accomplish dang near anything given the chance. Any party that can hold the presidency and both the Senate and House and can't push their agenda has no respect from me. I'm hardcore conservative, but hate both parties and can't take anything they say seriously. But I keep hearing about this guy Ron Paul... :) Still, politicians have ruined America for future generations. I love our country but can't stand our leadership. Our system is broken, and doesn't allow decent people anywhere close to the Oval Office.

The Hillary campaign plants another questioner. Gee, what a surprise.

http://stoptheaclu.com/archives/2007/11 ... be-debate/

General Keith Kerr who appeared as a “spontantous” questioner on CNN’s YouTube Republican Debates hosted by Anderson Cooper is a member of the Hillary Clinton campaign. But this was not mentioned upfront, Kerr treated as a regular, spontaneous questioner. Shouldn’t that have been made clear to the audience? Or does CNN think it’s OK to sandbag the GOP candidates with a Hillary operative without mentioning it?

In fact, he was so interesting to the CNN folks that they not only had his YouTube video question but he was there in person to ask follow up questions."

More questioners from last nights debates found out to be Hillary, Obama, and Edwards supporters. Aren't the people who ask questions in these Youtube debates supposed to be "undecided" voters? If not, shouldn't CNN at least have disclosed these people's affiliations?

I read something interesting the other day about a study done to try and determine if people's convictions and beliefs could really be "dyed in the wool". They think it may be possible that after so many generations within a family that is staunchly entrenched in a certain belief or conviction it may actually become a genetically influenced trait.

I think they must be right. That is the only thing that can explain to me how any otherwise intelligent human beings could actually believe anything about the Clinton administration could possibly compare to the destructive corruption of the current administration.

I'm not going to get into arguing point for point comparing the two administrations because anyone who thinks Bill getting a blow job in the Oval office and Hillary forgiving him are more indicative of flawed character than killing thousands of people to advance a personal agenda and putting thousands of Americans out of work without health care benefits to payback the corporate special interests that bought the White House for them has to be so hard-wired to their that even having indisputable proof in front of them couldn't get through to them.

I do need to qualify that I'm talking mainly about domestic issues, as I know we've been quite busy worldwide. I mean, how hard would it have been to at least make the tax cuts permanent (though nothing is really permanent, is it)? Or build a freaking fence or secure our borders -- at least to try? The Minutemen proved that it could be done, but NO... there are other forces at work that will never allow true immigration reform to occur.

This is the modus operandi of the government -- let problems such as healthcare costs, border security, or Social Security swell and fester to the point that they can no longer be easily resolved, and then increase the scope and powers of the government as an excuse to address it -- make the people so desperate for a solution that they'll sell themselves out to get what they "perceive" as a benefit. That's the agenda of the government in all cases. It's so obvious what our society wants, but the politicians consistently fail to deliver. Instead, it's in their own best interest to make people as dependent on government as possible.

I won't compare the two, but getting a BJ in the Oval Office while conducting foreign policy on the phone is a huge indication of the character of the guy -- how he thinks, what he believes he's entitled to, and what he thinks being the most powerful man in the free world is all about. It's the epitome of abuse of power to me with its symbolism. You can't discount the profound effect on today's youth when they had a president who claims that oral sex is not sex.
