For some reason I thought of this post from the summer. I was laughing and crying almost got in trouble at work....It's classic. Everyone needs to read it.

Croatia? Complete and dire shithole. They have computers there?

Ok, good thing that I saved my last years response to you about Croatia. Andrew deleted that topic last year...
For your information, here are couple of info on Croats...

Most important contributions from Croats to western civilization:
- the greatest influence on modern civilization made Croatian born Serb Nikola Tesla with his many inventions who are directly responsible for stellar development of technology in 20th century... you won't have a computer or internet now without his inventions...
- neckties (first came from Croatian mercenaries in service of french king Louis XIII)
- parachutes (inventor Faust Vrancic made a sketch of first parachute in 1595 and first known test of parachute in 1617)
- speedometer (inventor Josip Belusic invented it in 1888) - important part of cars...
- pencils (Croatian resident Slavoljub Eduard Penkala in 1906 and 1907)

With the exception of Mili Matijevic from Steelheart, I am COMPLETELY unimpressed. The pencil? Big fuckin' deal. The parachute? Whoa, can't live without that. You should stand on a chair, wrap a necktie firmly around your neck, jam a pencil through your left eye, step off the chair, pull open your parachute, and use a speedometer to gauge your speed. Tell us how that works out for you.

Seemed wide open to me because that's my kind of humor and sounds like something I might say, that's all I meant.
And yes it absolutely was a masterpiece how he put it together. Very funny.
