I've heard the album featured in the article. It's pretty good. Neal sure got famous quick 'cause of Santana band. Amazing he did all that so young.

I heard this on KPFA a few months back. Gregg Erricco was being interviewed. very cool stuff.

Neal kept referencing Betty during the Rosie Gaines sessions.
I wish that had made it out. That was really cool jams.

Going to show my ignorance here, but who is Rosie Gaines and what sessions? What did he say about Betty? He was so YOUNG and Betty's sound seemed so sophisticated--I wonder why he was picked to play one of the lead guitars on her (Betty's) albums?
