LOL!!! I thought of that too. I'm not there all the time because I hate Walmart but I'm willing to make a special trip for some rearranging. I'll do it! I respect Perry that much. Meanwhile, on WalMarts website, they currently offer most of the Journey catalog, including the reissues. So will they be pulling the Sony stuff? Or just adding this to the mix? Either way, it will be filed well into the rap/hip hop category when I'm done.

Don't stick it behind the rap/hip hop category!! Too many people will see it! Shove it behind the compilation collections of 40's and 50's tunes.

[quote="tammy"]It just sickens me that they are doing this re-recorded GH...and, yes, it makes me mad whether I buy it or not (obviously, NO, I'm not)...the Classics have held up on their own all these years, even more popular in the last few years from all the movies, t.v. shows spots...we know there is no reason other than GREED. I have lost all respect for what is left of JRNY...their stupidity & lack of loyalty is embarrassing.

After you do that, look for the aisle that has this sign:

Shampoo
Soap
Life

Be sure to pick up the last one. Anyone that goes and changes the position of the new CD's is as stupid as those fuckin' Wigglers that used to make sure "Stevie Awesome's" CD's were not buried. I mean seriously, if you don't find something very wrong with trying to attempt to suppress their CD sales by 2 or 3 you're really fucked up. Jesus, come to your senses.

I've heard that too, Tom..altho I won't be buying a new GH's CS with Arnel, I'm looking forward to hearing the new stuff with him.

BTW, according to Andrew & posted on the news page, it is officially Arnel..congrats to him.

They'll most likely be packaged together....you buy one, you buy them both. A DVD is likely also. 2 CD's and a DVD at one of those Wal Mart bargain prices....I'm in. 8)

Do not tell me I am not a "true fan" if I decide to buy this. In fact, that sounds completely contradictory to me...

and you think those jokers deserve anything in my opinion they dont deserve nothing

harming and distroying what is ans what was in my book is not worth the effort to the exception of cash money thats all that matters to them and am talking re recordings not the suppose new materiels

any alternations to the legacy of journey as it was is a matter of a joker world

am sorry i hit you or you felt like i was dirrecting my opinion towards you i didn but you cant denied that is all for money right

am sorry if you felt attack by my opinion

They can never destroy "what was". Journey will never tarnish my memories. Their legacy is intact in my mind.

I do not feel attacked, I am simply pointing out that buying their new material does not make me less of a fan. And I still think it would show the opposite. However, I am still on the fence about what the band is doing. There behaviour has been reprehensible, but it's about the music. Until I hear it, I do not pass judgement.

Yeah, but those aren't generally people who are interested in buying JOURNEY. LOL!
Maybe I could shove them behind "Kidz Bop", or whatever that shit is that no one buys...
