Even though I think these guys suck, they're going to shatter all youtube records in the next few days. I'll be awaiting Trampled Under Foot as it's the only song they have that I think is worth a shit.

Glad I got to see them back in the day, even if I was nearly crushed when the doors opened. That's back before festival seating was outlawed. Page's all gray/white hair just freaks me out.

How did Plant's voice hold up? Someone had told me he doubted they'd tour as Plant couldn't sing the songs anymore, but I wasn't so sure...

I often ask myself what it is I like about ya Saint John, then you post like this.
They've never been my musical flavor.
Black Dog is the best one of their's for me.

One_Up I do appreciate you linking forward here, only wish I could see it.
Someone please tell me if it wails.

Well, I wouldn't go that far yet, but it's just great to see him up there on stage again. If SP came back, I doubt he'd do much wailing either. I like to appreciate what I can get. Hopefully we'll get some more clips soon.

I think they, and especially Plant, sound fantastic.
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.

They don't sound as bad as I thought they would. Still "Black Dog" was definitely tuned down.

flawless. easily the best concert i've ever seen & i've seen a lot! a few highlights:

"for your life" played live for the first time. possibly my favorite zeppelin song. was a bit distracted by people that chose that song for their bathroom & beer breaks. WTF?!? led zeppelin's playing! face the stage & worship, damn it!

extended version of "dazed and confused" was played extra slow & heavy. the part where jimmy plays the guitar with a violin bow was so dark, i thought the crowd would part & satan would rise up from the earth.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=_XhAqG5f8Ak

"kashmir" was mesmerizing. it really took me to another place.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=QZxukPZ0pjA

the production was top-notch. the sound, lighting & video intensified the moods of the songs without distracting.
