Why didn't the Ravens suck this bad last week, when the Patriots had to play them! This is AWFUL! The NFL needs to find some more compelling matchups to put on Sunday and Monday night games!

Can you blame them???? This is one of the worst performances I've ever seen! The Ravens should be completely embarrassed by this pathetic display! Hell, they're playing in a rainstorm and Manning is out there tossing around the ball like it's sunny and 75 degrees outside! I always knew Baltimore didn't have an offense, but now their defense seems to have disappeared, as well!

Hey your QB Sage is a hell of a QB came from Iowa State no less as well!!

Rick

I didn't know he came from Iowa State, but he definitely rocks!!! I was impressed with him in the pre-season. Even though we have 17 players out with injuries, they are still maintaining a respectable showing. 6-7 - I can't friggin' believe it!!!!

Well, I for one am thrilled the Dolphins didn't let me down today. I've always wanted to see a team do the "perfect season", in reverse, and it looks like the Dolphins aren't going to let me down! Who knows...maybe they'll shock the world and beat the Patriots!

That would be even better than the 'Boys winning the Super Bowl this year for me. Have the Pats end at 15-1 and the 'Fins at 1-15....I would laugh my ass off.

I can honestly tell you that if the Patriots ultimately win the Super Bowl and end up with one loss, I wouldn't care if the one loss was to a high school team (which is about what Miami has become)! I've been watching NFL football enough years to say that I would honestly not be surprised by ANYTHING that happens. The reality is that most teams in NFL history who have started the season 10-0 or better have suffered their first loss to teams that were below .500, so it happens all the time. For the record, I don't think the Patriots are losing to either the Jets or Miami. It's the Giants or nobody! I think if Belichick can set the NFL scoring record (which I think is about 72 points) against the Jets, he'll score 90! There is NO team in the NFL that he wants to "run the score up" on more than the Jets!

Jesus NIG...I forgot those two were playing each other!!!!!! YIKES!!!!!! That is going to be one ugly game. I guess the only good thing is that both teams suck, so perhaps it will at least be interesting to watch. At this point, if I were the Ravens, I'd be tanking it for a better draft pick, so they can finally put Kyle Boller out of his misery and get a real QB!

What I wanna know is who gets slaugtered worse?

Jets @ Patriots or
Colts @ Raiders...? They're both gonna be pretty ugly. Can't believe I'm actually paying to watch it.

Ok the Packers killed us..That is when our team was at its worst and I really (know) that was a wake up call.. The Cowboys beat us on a last min field goal block that they took to the house..We totally sucked then.. We are getting tons of love from the whole country now.. Mark my words ..if we get the chance to play those 2 again in the playoffs.. Honestly,I don't think they want any part of us.. In the next 2 weeks we are on National TV,watch us and see for yourself..Get back to me and tell me what you think..

The Vikings are a slightly above average team, and their 7-6 record bears that out. The reality is that if the playoffs were to begin today, they would get the last wildcard spot, so that at least makes them one of the best 6 teams in the NFC. While they have a VERY good running game, and a very solid defense, their receivers are VERY average! Also, Jackson has more picks than he has TD's, and that simply isn't going to get the job done against teams like Green Bay and Dallas!

Figured I'd bump this for tomorrow since we already have about 9 other NFL threads.

Cowboys/Eagles play again tomorrow. Get ready Moose. :-)

This contest always makes me nervous. The Eagles can hand one out at any time.
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.

Yea...I'll admit that I'm rather nervous about this one too. Especially after we beat the Lions the way we did last week. If we play like that...we're screwed.
