Hopefully, new Ramos/Hugo album should be soon released, so that people could see how good Hugo really is...
Josh Ramos' presence in project would give him much needed boost...

Hugo has some serious talent. His albums showcase that to full effect.
However I've never liked the production values he's had on any of his releases. With the right players (Josh Ramos is a great step in that direction), right setting, and with the right producer, Hugo could really open additional eyes.

Dude,

I agree with your statement. Just don't overlook Adam Holland from Valentine as a guitarist. Adam is one soulful player.

I disagree. I think he's a very weak guitarist. Eddie Jelley was better.

hey no need to curse at me, it was just a question, and I got your answers. Thank you. I just wanted to know how people felt. And this is my first and only name, I'm not trying to put up any walls. I just wasnt impressed by his vocals.

Evolution @ Cache Creek, Brooks, CA on 2/16 & 2/17, @ 8p

Postby LisaMarie » Mon Dec 17, 2007 8:21 am

I have only seen youtube clips of Hugo performing in the band "Evolution." So when I was at Cache Creek this past weekend to see "The Four Tops," they gave out fliers listing the upcoming events. When I saw "Evolution" listed on there, I thought, "Okay, I am definately going to have to check this out." Probably because I keep reading about Hugo on here. So for San Francisco Bay Area people, this would be a good show to go to. Actually, Club 88 inside the Cache Creek Casino, where the concert will be held, is actually a nice intimate venue. They also have a bar inside there. It is $10 at the door or FREE with Cache Club Card.

Just seen the real Evolution out on Long Island on Saturday, once again a great show. They did a couple of new song, including "Girl Can't Help It" the whole band sounded GREAT!! and Hugo, as usual, put on a flawless performance. I hope some day they go out to CA so people can experience the only true Journey show around.
