I will try to keep the hoopin' and hollerin' down out of respect for those less fortunate.

It's getting very close to "that time" for my old dog Mastodon. He's 12. He couldn't get up this morning, and my husband had to carry him downstairs and outside. He's going to the vet today; hopefully for some pain meds to make him more comfortable. This dog is my baby. I have a feeling I'm going to have to let him go very soon. I won't let him suffer.![]()
Also, my husband had hand surgery on Wednesday. He had scar tissue removed from an injury that happened last February and had the carpal tunnel fixed as well. Luckily he's tough enough to carry a 60-pound dog without using that wrist and hand.

sorry jrnychick
you have had the joy of him in your life for many years
and he was fortunate enough to find someone as caring as you to dedicate his life to.
Soon there will be peace for him and loving memories for you

My entire week was bad, starting with the awful cold temps and finishing with the horrendous traffic - I barely avoided being hit by a car yesterday.Stevie Wonder was driving.
I'm behind with the Christmas shopping and my daughter has the flu since Wednesday.Between treating her and driving around like a crazy bat with a ginormous list of "to do now!" list,I'm toast.
Can't wait for Christmas!I want to disconnect myself from the whole World.
Until then....
Here's hoping better days are coming for everyone!

Wish I was having some perogies for Christmas Eve. Not to brag, but we will be having tamales from Alamo Tamale (the place I ordered from for SB) for Christmas Eve. Yum. Ok, I'm hungry now!
Tamales?...............my mouth waters at the thought.
Hanky Panky's the food are almost as good as the
the fooling around notion.
