There's a lot of emotion and power in that song. It's not the most popular, but it's probably in my top 5 of best songs ever written. JMHO.

You nail Mother Father ,as well as the intro fo Open Arms and everything else. If you ever need a fill in letme know. I understand what Friga does.G.I.Jim wrote:I've gotta go with "Mother Father". "Livin' To Do," "Walks Like A Lady," "Of A Lifetime," "Winds of March," and pretty much ANYTHING with an organ, or a kick-ass organ solo.

Still She Cries hands done. shoulda been an instrumental. La Raza Del Sol also.
Jon has many fine moments on his solo instrumental albums. He is a talented musician and songwriter, without a doubt.

He SUCKS ASS!!!I'm just kidding! He's one of my biggest influences in my own playing.
He does have a lot of incredible solo stuff (If you like that kind of music!). I do think he's probably a SERIOUS asshole in the real world though. Nobody can deny that he's extreemly talenented! Not even you Deano!

I have 4 or 5 of his solo cd's. He's got some great stuff, but like you said...there's a time for that kind of music! " Piano with a view" works well in the whole "I've got some wine, my lady, and it's booty getting time kind of way"!!!![]()
