After watching Matt Ryan (Boston College) for the past two seasons, I think the Ravens would do very well to get the guy. With VERY few exceptions, it is virtually impossible to win in the NFL, without a stud QB. By "stud" QB, I mean I guy who can sit in the pocket and pick defenses apart, while being able to throw the ball down the field...not run all over the place, like Mike Vick! I think Ryan is going to be a VERY good NFL QB. The other thing to remember...Boston College doesn't typically get a whole lot of "skill" position (i.e. running backs and receivers) players. They've been known for being a linemen factory for the NFL, but not much else. My point is that Ryan has put up some great numbers, with VERY average talent around him, in the skill positions! I think much like Matt Hasselbeck (another BC boy), Matt Ryan will turn out to be a better pro QB than college QB.
