I did a little digging and Al Casey had 11 # 1 hits in his native Switzerland. He had 23 top 10 singles( worldwide).

His only US chartting tunes were in 1968 & 1969 when 'Man I'm Gullible' hit # 17, and 'In My Dreams' charted at # 19.

I've NEVER heard either of these tunes??

Not even once, and I listen to oldies shit all the time.

Where do they get these clowns from???

I knew the Faster Pussycat reference had to mean this was truly a joke! No f'ing way that band gets into any hall of fame, except maybe their high school!

Not to say F.P. wasn't a cool band, because they had some really rocking stuff. I have a very unique connection to that band...

By the way, have you heard anything from their last album? It was pretty much Taime's crew, sans the other originals, but I dig that song "Number One With A Bullet" -- check it out here: http://www.fasterpussycat.com/

I'm sorry. This all started with the cancelation of NYPD Blue. Mellow Yellow's gone from supermarkets, Surge appears then disappears, Then their is the endless convienence store burritos, 'Baby I'm A Leavin You', Generations, tapegate, Pluto's no longer a planet, way too much Roboto, 150dollar concert tickets, smoking pot at a Hannah Montana concert, Hillary Clinton's voice.

I cant take it any more...........................................

Billy Joel needs to start another fire...

I am soooooooo sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh my god, I'm a hoax person. Next it will be UFO's and me turning up on late night AM radio.......

I'MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM Sorry!!!!!!!

If there was a category in the Hall of Fame for best Hair Metal Ballad, " House of Pain" by Faster PUssycat would be a very strong contender, fighting it out with a couple Cinderella tunes and Motleys Home Sweet Home.

Home Sweet Home was a GREAT song, and I agree that "House of Pain" was actually a great tune. That said, it wouldn't get them in any hall of fame!

Who the hell are some of these people???

Is Freddy(bleeping) Fender rock & roll????

Who in the hell are Toniac & Al Casey?

Boomtown Rats did they sing anything besides that Monday song?

This whole thing is a joke.

Geldolf from boomtown rats was responsible for the whole Live Aid thing

Journey should be a shoe in with these other names!!!
