Postby G.I.Jim » Tue Jan 08, 2008 12:17 pm

Hey,

Just wanted to tell everyone who may be interested, that Trev's songs have now been mastered! He's updated his Myspace, and they sound incredible! :D For anyone who's a fan of Lukather, Toto, Def Leppard, mixed with todays rock...Check him out! He's going to be a seriously well-off dude when this is released.

Hope you enjoy.

I think that Trevor Lukather, Miles Schon, and Wolfgang Van Halen should all make a band together.

And they should call me up and have me join 'em.. haha.. I'm around those guys' general age range. The second generation of Melodic Rock has begun!

That's cool, but I don't think he needs those guys. This is going to be one of the best albums of the year by far! I can't wait until it's released. Trev's very cool as a person also. He and I have emailed eachother several times, and I'm excited for him. This stuff is new enough, that it'd be great radio material, yet old enough to kick ass and take names! I love the subtle horns in "Voices". VERY cool.

Jim, thanks for the info. I think he's great! Never heard of him before now.
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.

You're welcome! Andrew mentioned him early last year, that's how I found out about him. He really is amazing! He's still so young too. He's going to have a hell of a career.

Nice. Though they could really do away with some of that tinny, popish keyboard going on. Just not my sort of thing. Might be worth checking out in full. Thanks.

I wish my kid could find someone like him to play with. He's tried a couple of bands, but the kids are just not good enough.

This is some really great music. I think you're right, Jim. It straddles 80's and today's stuff. Very melodic but in a modern way. Voices is damn good track! Hope this stuff gets airplay. I'll buy it for sure. Do you know if it's going to be released on iTunes?
