Dave Bickler was the original lead singer in Survivor between the years of 1977-1983. He was the lead vocalist on the Survivor hits "Eye Of The Tiger" "Poor Man's Son" "Caught In The Game" "American Heartbeat" "Somewhere In America" "Summer Nights" "The One That Really Matters." He always wore a berret.

Jimi Jamison was the lead vocalist of Survivor from 1984-1988, and he sang "Burning Heart" "The Search Is Over" "High On You" "I Can't Hold Back" "Is This Love" "Didn't Know It Was Love" and several others. Jamison also sang the theme song "I'm Always Here" from Baywatch.

Bickler rejoined Survivor from 1993-2000. Then Jamison rejoined from 2000-2006.

I know you love Survivor, but I wouldn't consider ANY of those songs, aside from "Eye of the Tiger" to be a "hit"! By the way, what the hell was with the goofy beret Bickler always had on his coconut? Was the guy moonlighting with the Guardian Angels?

Yea, really the only hit w/ Bickler was Eye.

Doesn't mean the guy wasn't good but the multiple hits came when Jamison got aboard.

Eye Of The Tiger was the only smash hit that they did with Bickler, but they had several other lesser hit's with Bickler.

American Heartbeat peaked at #17 on the Billboard chart.
Poor Man's Son peaked at #33 on Billboard
