Stevie described Kenny as a hard task master but someone who could get the best out of an artist and she was very glad to have worked with him.

When i think of Loggins i always think of Footloose - and for me the highlight was "Hurts So Good"......

Stevie Nicks and SP? Don't think so. She has that raspy voice. That's why she did duets with Henley, and Tom Petty. I believe singers who do duets do so with like sounding voices. Perry would embarrass her IMO.

You know what? Now, at this time, maybe Perry and SN would be somewhat close sounding?

I love Stevie Nicks, she's unique in every way. But the same thing can be said for other singers, Perry is often criticised for sounding too nasally, or whatever - so everyone has their certain qualities and unique flaws about them.

That duet actually was a fun song for who knows why, and they made it sound good. BA and Tina was very good. Hell, BA even did a duet with Barbra Streisand. I think BA and SN would work, and I think BA and Melissa Etheridge would be killer.

Bryan Adams has a raspy voice as well, though I heard him sing like in the UK - seems like he could switch the raspyness on and off when he wanted to, I noticed that. Russell Watson can also do that as well, along with the great Steve Perry.

Yes, I know that many love her singing but not me! To be honest, I loved her singing in Fleetwood Mac. There was some balance there with the harmonies covering up some of the irritating parts of her voice. When she went solo, it really came to the forefront and I just couldn't stand it.

Glad you took that in good spirit - BA and SN could have a major fuckin hit - ME - is a great singer - and BA would be brilliant with Lauren Smokin - remember her?

BA and Etheridge - damn! I'm not a huge fan of either and even I think that would be wonderful! In fact, I don't think I've heard anything by Bryan in ages although I liked him in the day (Run to You era).

Stevie is at her best when she is harmonizing with Lindsey Buckingham (I LOVE Lindsey - quirky but wonderful!)

Kim, agree on Lindsay Buckingham and Stevie. That song Trouble of his was a favorite for a long time. Corny video though. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6d1guIZZNbM
