What a joke.

One guy is a living legend, on his way to the HOF, and the other band is famous for a fake Boxer.

Kiss my hairy unwiped ass.

Your ass should be bounced out of Chicago for saying that.

Survivor's damn near as good as Journey (if a little more underpublicized due their idle leader/guitarist).

I like Survivor a LOT, dude. It's just that "Reckless" alone yielded more hits and memorable songs than Survivor's entire body of work. Get Jamison's sack off your chin and you could probably make a more informed, impartial decision.   :P

I do enjoy me some Bryan Adams... but if Journey toured with BA, Journey would open, meaning less songs, meaning a higher Dirty Dozen proportion.

I'd rather Journey grab an up-and-coming melodic rock band and give them exposure, instead of plodding along with another dinosaur. Pride of Lions anyone?

yea, but i don't think that will be supporting the "keeping the old sound/legacy" poopola. Pride of the Lions might me toooooo far out. it would be good tho'.

I like Survivor sometimes, but other times they just don't agree with me, like Eye of the Tiger. I think their best record was Vital Signs. Bryan Adams is consistent and constantly good.
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.

Although I like a lot of Survivor stuff like Is This Love, Popular Girl, High On You, American Heartbeat, etc....you just can't argue with BA's catalogue. Especially when ya team him up with Mutt Lange. Pure genius and solid gold.
So guess who I voted for.

THAT would be unbelievable. I would love to see that happen. Unfortunately, I'm not sure Pride Of Lions is currently playing together, because most of the Pride Of Lions band is playing in Peterik's World Stage band.

BA hands down; not even close in my eyes. I'll even take BA over Journey where BA MURDERS Journey on hits.

No problems with Survivor, although, their internal politics could compete with Journey's. I prefer Survivor with Jamo as lead singer, especially on Two Hot For Sleep, which I thought was pretty solid for them but very underrated. I even prefer him on the "older" hits over Bicker; I just thought he brought a "smoother" sound to the music.

No probs with Bickler as Bud Light's vocalist on the "Real Men of Genius."

Wow... ummm, Joe? Congratulations. You officially have bad taste. You clearly don't know the difference between a steakhouse and McDonalds. I'll bet you think "Olive Garden" is great italian food too, huh?

From this point forward, I'll completely ignore your opinions and I recommend the same for everyone else.
