I hate to say this about anyone, but besides the fact that Lori would only show up when she felt the need to "defend" Perry, she created much of the tension. Whenever she would do that (which is already useless) she would open herself up to the attacks. Usually because her "defense" was also ridiculous making her look ridiculous. Then she would disappear again. Her M.O. made her appear to be nothing more than a Master Baiter. And it worked. Her posts caused trouble. So if she chooses to leave now than that is fine with me. There is enough drama already.

But we all know Deano gets a free pass!!

Bottom line Lori, if you want to participate and be a part of this board you have to toughen up. That doesn't mean complaining to Andrew every time somebody hurts your feelings. That means either ignoring the baiters, giving back as good as you get, and/or facing the consequences. I've had to do all three and so has Perryfaithful. We're both still here and I've made some friends in the process.

I'm not saying I don't still get frustrated and even royally pissed at some people and situations here. Believe me I do and when it happens I take myself out of it for a while. I don't expect Andrew to handle it for me. He really doesn't have time to read every post and arbitrate every situation. It took me a while to realize it, but if you want to be here, and you obviously do, you have to fit in with this communty rather than trying to change it to suit you.

Sherrie - you, Properry, HOTS, PF, Tragchick, were the outspoken Perryfan posters when I discovered this board back in 2005. Frankly, I was intimidated by the mob mentality here and thought you were tough gals going against the grain, which was very much a pro-SA/Journey environment. At times, the Perry bashings and ridicules of their fans were almost unbearable. In a way, first you gals (then Tapegate, thanks, Deano) paved the way and made it safe for more Perry fans like myself, to come on this board and post our love for SP -- his music and legacy -- I always said he had a dynamite stage presence and voice that made him sexy but never thought he was drop-dead gorgeous like some of the fawning posters on the Perryboards.

The point is if Properry is thin-skinned (like me), she would not have been here or lasted this long. I don't know why she and Deano seem to have it in for each other. The baiting on both sides is quite obvious. And for PP to jump on Scarygirl for making just a flippant remark seems odd. It just opened the way for other posters to attack her. And then, this post to start a thread? Could it be she likes playing a victim and enjoys the attention? The phrase drama queen comes to mind.

This happens all the time ,its always for attention and drama.We have someone thats here now that did the whole"i'm leaving "bit for attention and came back and changed their name, actually i think theres been a couple of them recently. Sure its pathetic, funny but its a sure bet and an easy way to supplement poor wages at your job
