It doesn't look all that bad until they swing around to the other side! Eeep!

I'm not a firefighter, but I suspect these pictures look worse than how things really are. It says it was a 3 alarm fire, which really isn't much, in a hotel the size of The Monte Carlo. I've stayed in that hotel, and it's not small. The important thing is it sounds like they got everyone out safely!
