Andrew - I was in Sydney last year during that terrible storm. Thought about coming south but figured it would be too cold. Ended up flying into Coolangatta. Beautiful country. Absolutely loved it. I will be back. Gotta love the Aussie AirPass.

EDIT: What a forgot to to mention was how great the Aussie people are. Most all were so warm, friendly and a lot of fun.
