They were never really a hair band and they kicked major ass.


They sure as hell do, CPC! Saw them a couple of months ago at the Nokia here. Place was packed and they were on fire. One of the best shows that I've ever seen them do. One of my favorites!

If you are someone who was not into the 80s/early 90s type of hard rock/heavy metal, you wouldn't like any of these bands anyway. I agree that many of them do indeed suck the big one Image, but there are several that, IMO, don't. Opinions are subjective. Not everyone is going to feel the same way about the same things. Doesn't matter to me. Image Besides, regardless of his writing ability, I happen to positively hate Bruce Springsteen. I'd rather stick needles in my eyes than listen to him. Actually, I pretty much feel the same way about Bob Dylan and Neil Young, too. Image

Actually,I still enjoy listening to Tyketto - "Strenght In Numbers" is still a pretty damn good album after all these years!
Steelheart will always be one of my favorite bands too. 8)

The only ones I can't stomach (including visually) are Manowar.Bleck!

Yes, damned good record. Wish I could have seen them perform together at FF4. It was their last show ever together, even though all (except for Danny) live near me. Some girl had to go snatch Danny's heart, so he moved to the UK. :evil: I missed a show of theirs that they did a few years back (that I actually had a ticket to) because of a really bad migraine. :cry:

When was their very last concert? I've lost track for a couple years after they released "Strenght...".I think it was '94,right?
Well,rock news were getting over here very slowly.Wish I would have seen them live back then.

How's the Farewell album,do you have it? Still have to get my hands on that one.
