Wanna see the REMAX show?

Postby Rip Rokken » Wed Jan 30, 2008 6:27 am

Got another call back, and this is pretty cool... Apparently, a lot of people leave on the last day of the REMAX convention, and this concert is included with their convention fee. They also told me that most of these people probably wouldn't be interested in sticking around for Journey!

I was told that in all likelihood, to fill the extra seats they would sell tickets for the Mar. 6th show to the public for maybe around $100/ea. All we would have to do is show up at the venue and ask... :P Anyone interested in seeing this show as well?

Have absolutely no desire to go see Journey again at this point. Just went to the Tampa show last tour because it was close at the time, and out of curiosity since I had not seen them since Augeri first joined.....didn't even know he wouldn't be singing that night. I had never heard of JSS before so it was the first time hearing him. I was critical at first but the guy impressed me ..he had something. After that show I found this site and read more about him...started listening to his other work....best stuff I've heard in a long time. I went to 3 more shows last tour due to him and became a fan again...was excited over the prospect of new material. I will remain a fan of JSS and would even consider traveling farther to hear him if he tours the states, if I had to...but Journey I will not. If they put out something new and I like it and they were to play somewhere close and the tickets were inexpensive then maybe I would go out of curiosity again and see what they've got....but if it's only going to be the dirty dozen forget it altogether...well..maybe if it was a free show down the street. 8)

Well, I see this idea went over like a lead balloon! :P

fightingilliniJRNY, you can keep the 0's... just scoot the decimal point over to the left. :P
