Hhmmm... Is KS implying that the band is passing around a few more CDs than he's comfortable with?
Any insiders here have something to share?

Yeah but that didn't work too good for Arrival. Journey isn't in the limelight anymore so people would have to be interested in the mega-publicity for it to work.

That takes all the fun out of it. They're playing HEAD GAMES with the fans.![]()
If we don't think it is taboo and exclusive then where's the real kill for us? If they said, "Hey, yo, song. Ch-ch-check it out." BFD. But if they're like "Oooh I hope nothing gets leaked, ohmigosh that'd just be the worst! Like, I'm not even joking. No one is supposed to hear these songs until they leave Wal-Mart, crank up their car, and after a battle of cellophane and sticker, insert disc." C'mon KS. You can't fool we.

It doesn't matter anyway. If all they want to do is release music for a few thousand fans, they should just put it on their website. Cd's are not worth the trouble for a band like Journey nowadays.us
Red13JoePa wrote:"hoping against hope," huh?
So in other words, it's a bygone forclusion something's getting out.
This is a strange comminique to me.

If they were smart they would leak one themselves and create the buzz. Either that or put up some clips of Arnel doing the classics like Foreigner did. What is worse, not getting a sample and having a horrible first listen or whetting the whistle with a hot new track and waiting for more?

Does Journey's new stuff blow? Is BA's new stuff that good?
Seriously, wtf?
