Check the other site... I just realized this topic was there as well. Others examples for ya.
All I'd need is a file that's compatible with Windows Movie Maker.
Video and video programs are not my strong suit at the moment so forgive me if that sounds stupid. LOL!
I truly can't recall what format that one was... I believe when I imported from the dvd, it was .wma but I'm bot sure.

Well I couldn't get it from the site you linked me to, so I found it on Youtube. I used the Firefox browser with the DownloadHelper addon. It saved the whole video to my computer as a flash file. Then I got a program called Riva FLV Encoder (30 trial version) and converted it to an mpg at 160 x 120 resolution. Then I used Jasc Animation Shop to convert it to a .gif file.

The site I uploaded it to has a bandwidth limit that I have exceeded, so that's why it isn't showing up right now.

You can save it from here and upload it to your pic hosting site if you want.

Well, bluejeangirl was TRYING and couldn't convert the damn video. You're the smart one this time, man. Excellent for a first effort too! You seem to have a handle on it with no problem.

I SHOULD have just downloaded Riva again, that's what I used to use... I don't have that on this PC (but I'm going to now). I tried two other ones that were bad.

Thanks BJG, you're too nice.

I had a hell of a time getting that to convert. Animation Shop would try to break it down into frames and lock up at the same point every time. I kept decoding it with Riva at different frame rates until it worked.
