Maybe, maybe not.

Word would get out to sleeper cells of loons lying in wait at the perry hotels among the online and they'd go and run him off his own place just like they did at Backtalk back in the day.

I'd love to see Friga's SecondLife figure. Bet Princess is taking SL as an opportunity to explore his faggy side. I'm guessing pink flare paints with rainbow suspenders over a ruffled 16th-century shirt, wearing platform shoes and a flowing perm.

Second Life has peaked

Postby AlienC » Thu Feb 14, 2008 2:24 pm

"It's maximum number of users was in Oct of 2006, and it's average user logs in for 12 minutes...... a month.
If someone tells you 'Second Life'is the Second Coming, tell them 'don't believ the hype.'"
......from G4 Network program, The Feed.

I hope they all have fun over there.

Really.

I do.

Hahaha... no one ever said it was the "Second Coming"..... but it is fun.... btw.... yer numbers are wrong... you can get the real numbers if ya want.... here:http://secondlife.com/whatis/economy_stats.php

Population
Residents Logged-In During Last 7 Days 488,695
Residents Logged-In During Last 14 Days 650,318
Residents Logged-In During Last 30 Days 936,172
Residents Logged-In During Last 60 Days 1,359,630
Total Residents 1 12,428,632

on the key metrics spreadsheet located here: http://static-secondlife-com.s3.amazona ... _final.xls , you can see on the "Countries by Active" tab there are over "500,000" active members....

If we divide

The total hours (converted to minutes) for 2007: 1,530,962,536
by the total "active" users: 518,647

We get 2950 minutes per user per year
Or 246 minutes per month (12 time greater than the Feed number)

What I find interesting about those stats is that the 'teens' make up a tiny proportion of the average population (0.48% in the 13-17 year bracket, compared with more than 48% aged 35 and above). With most other online social networking environments (Facebook, MySpace, Bebo etc) the proportion of teens taking part is much larger.
